Please note that FDM polymer 3D prints may exhibit faint visible layer lines on the surface. While SLA resin 3D prints typically achieve a 5/5 finish, FDM print quality generally ranges between 4/5 and 4.5/5, depending on the model's design and complexity. If this characteristic is a concern and you are particular about having a perfectly smooth finish, please do not purchase this product.

Returns are accepted; the buyer pays return shipping and must mail the item(s) back to the seller within 15 days of receipt. Returned items must be in the same condition as originally shipped. Upon receipt of the return, a full refund will be issued to the buyer. A full refund will also be provided in the event of a sale cancellation.

Standard shipping with tracking for both Singapore and International buyers, with all orders posted within 5 working days after purchase. Upon postage, deliveries within Singapore typically arrive in 3 to 5 working days, while International shipments usually take 7 to 15 working days. Tracking information will be provided so you can monitor your parcel's progress. 

PayPal Buyer Protection reimburses eligible buyers for the full cost (plus shipping) if an item doesn't arrive or is significantly not as described, provided you paid via PayPal and file a dispute within 180 days (or 30 days for "not as described" in some cases).
